On Saturday, October 13, over 100 guests gathered at the Del Mar Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, for The Seany Foundation’s 5th Annual Everything Is Possible Celebration. The landmark event was our best yet, raising over $100,000 for childhood cancer research and patient care programs. During the event, donors helped TSF achieve its millionth dollar raised since fundraising efforts began in 2007!
Guests enjoyed delicious cocktails, live music by Palter Ego, a silent/live auction with exciting prizes, and a gourmet meal. In recognition of her ongoing dedication to the fight against childhood cancer, Ms. Lori Iaquinta received the Seany Community Service Award.
The evening’s highlights included a special ballroom dance demo by Kurt Popp and a special announcement by co-founder Mitch Robins that TSF had raised its millionth dollar to-date. Many guests left the clubhouse that evening with their arms full of goodies. The champagne drawing winner took home a new iPad, opportunity drawing winners took home gift certificates, and winning bidders took home hot items ranging from a Hawaiian vacation to his and hers snowboards.
